Hey Tobin. I used to catch spearing all the time as bait and they seemed to me like THE most prone to stress fish i have ever encountered. By the time you drop them in the bucket 10 feet from the water some have already died of heart attacks. I for one think its amazing you even got them home let alone looking healthy in your reef tank. Unbelievable How are they doing? I wouldn't mind tossing one in my tank to see how he likes it, waters not too warm? |

very cool man. i think i will try it. where do you go to collect stuff, not great kills do you? i was thinking of trying to go to breezy or fort tilden. i like the look of the water quality over there. |

I got them from the Paul B. collection trip... I don't think others were able to keep them alive... I put mine in a bucket with a little of my tank water..

Black tang 1.5".. Deep sea Bartlett anthias 2.5".. Regular Barlett anthias 1.5".. Mystery wrasse 3".. Misbar regal (on one side) 1.5".. And oh yeah..... "The Seagrass"
