Jonathan Robbins has been keeping saltwater aquariums for about 6 years, and has been reefing for about three. His love affair with marine aquariums began as a way to conquer his pathological fear of fish. Though still harboring this fear, he has managed to keep at the hobby and has turned into a decent reefer, who rarely kills things in his tank unless they deserve it. Being slightly obsessive compulsive about any hobby that he joins, he has spend countless hours reading and learning about fish, coral, and how to not burn down his house with idiotic DIY projects. Since Manhattan Reefs has been so good to him, he has decided to give back, and share some of the advice and learning that others were kind enough to share with him over the years. As a lazy bastard, he is reluctant to type anything, but loves to shoot off his mouth. Hence Afishionado was born.
