Question Need Help With Bulb Selection

HEY EVERYONE,
I have a PFO PULSE START BALLAST DUEL 175 WATT and need to know the proper bulbs to use with this ballast [brand..ect] I want to do 14000k. Can anyone tell the RIGHT bulbs to use and if you have a link that would be great.

it say's for the XM: Operate on a probe start ballast, ANSI M57. I have a pulse start ballast.

Might I ask what size tank this is for? 175's can be very little on a larger tank. I think I remeber ya saying you had 200lbs of rock going into the tank, so it's gotta be decent size. But then again it may not be you.

Personally I would go with 250watts if you can, depending on what you plan to keep. As for 14k bulbs for 175 try the iwasaki bulbs that just came out. They're supposed to be comparable to 250 watters.

right now I have softies and a few lps. don't think I'm going sps and I was thinking of adding 2 110 VHO with the MH's. are the iwasaki bulbs pulse start.
