no i do get water but not blue water. something is wrong here..

the water itself isnt blue, he means the water should be coming out the blue tube. where do you have the meter connected? the water you want, when its run through the system will come out the blue tube, if you have the valve open the water will come out the orange tube, as long as you put the tubes the same way they are set up in the picture. I bought a system from the same person as you did, but I think I left my membrane out for too long so I need to get another one. just make sure you are checking the water AFTER its been through the whole system. might want to take a pic of your setup, will be easier to tell whats going on.

whenever i turn the value(blue tube) open, the waste and ro water comes out at the same time.

the only thing I can suggest is have the blue ball value on the red line instead

ok, so you're getting 39 on the output? what are you getting on the input? it doesnt seem like its doing much if you're getting that much on the output. I was told to flush it for 10 gallons, but like I said I havent used my system yet so I dont know how good they are.

cant be exactly sure cause my ppm keeps changing. output and input. however should i flush 5 more gallon?
