Let me know if you want me to clean up the thread or leave up the 25 pages of items that generous members have given away.

I would just leave it. It's cool to know the history. I know that when it gets bumped, i automatically just go to the last page, so it shouldn't be a problem. JMO

Same here. Unless its causing some MR malfunction that you need to delete it. Otherwise, leave it be.

I would suggest cutting back the Age of posts. Keeping only recent posts say 6 months old. Chief started the thread stating posts should be removed once the transaction is complete. Who is going to look through 25 pages. It's easier to look through a smaller thread... Hey you should really ask Chief see what he says?... I'll delete this post in a week.
