I just thought two would look cool.....I'm just a newbie

j/k ...I will start a thread when I start putting everything together, including the plumbing and electronics. For now there is still lots of prep left to do as far as finishing the sump room (all plumbing will go down to basement) and I need to hire an electrician to hook up a separate sub panel.
... wish me luck 'cause I honestly don't know what I'm getting myself into

not to sidetrack, but between the biotopusII and the profilux, I'm having a hard time choosing.

I have seen both and I personally think that the biotopus is more versatile. I also think it depends on the setup as far as size and just what you are trying to accomplish with the controller. I also love the fact that the Biotopus has a stand and is designed as part of the display. I've been itching to install it as a flush mount in the side of a stand or wall next to a tank.

I plan on flush mounting it on the wall next to the tank. The stand doors and canopy will be in the Elos ferrari red

are you getting them painted from Elos directly? Post pics of the flush mount work when you do it. Always thought it would look nice mounted on a nicely finished hardwood stand.

yes, hopefully the doors will be here just in time to put under the christmas tree. Along with the new Elos moonlights and conductivity meter for the biotopus.
