Congrats on the upgrade Oriol !!!

Coming along very well..it's a good thing that you weren't even thinking about upgrading and you definitely weren't even going to put one coral in your tank until the Spring...lol...you're addicted

Thanks Kathy!

I didn't expect to upgrade because of all the work, but i did want a Reef Ready tank. I was contemplating drilling my 46, but buying a new stand, breaking down the tank and all the effort wasn't worth it, and this deal was too good to pass. So I admit i was wrong, i said i wasn't gonna upgrade and that i wouldn't have any corals until the Spring, but i got them a lot earlier than expected...I guess i have the site to blame for that...all the good pictures and threads don't help much.

As far as plans go...this is the way it's prob going to go.

1. ATO System (Tunze)
2. Upgrade Lighting (2 175W MH, 2 Actinics)
3. Upgrade Skimmer (currently using Remora Pro)

That's it for now, have a couple mods i wanna do to the car so i have to balance both hobbies...haha

Alright, so i've been trying to mount the MH but i'm running into a lot of trouble with the seams because the equpiment i was using doesn't seem to work anymore. So today i just put it on top of the tank for a while, just so the corals can get some deserved light...here are some pics
