Looks nice! If you raise the light, you'll get better coverage on the ends. I have a 150DE over a 40breeder as well and get great coverage.

Thx Dave, I had to be creative, these rocks are the most unshapely LR from when I 1st started and dint know better. After rescaping a million times, I finally got it to how I like it, my main goal was to see and enjoy my fish that I never saw..........my inspiration came from AE's 90, that was one of my favorite setups! |

Do you have any plans for an upgrade any time soon? Those tangs are going to be very unhappy in a little while when they get much bigger.

yeah cheif, I have a 120 (48x24x24) in mind, I used to have 2 of them when I was into FW STingrays, regret selling them. But would def consider a180! But either way I may rehome all of my fish and start w/ the fish I really want, minus the tangs, clowns etc,....If I do it over again, I will go in a different direction of fish selection! |

New photo under 2x150 watt 14k Hamiltons, the rt side is a bit dimmer, I suspect a faulty ballast that I intend to replace Last edited by fishguy23; 09-27-2008 at 11:06 PM. |
