Years ago, I worked in construction/refirb on brown stones in the city and I would be carful... Get it close to a mason wall and you should be ok.

Bigger problem is what if you get a leak? Landlord OK with you having a tank?

a 150 doesnt weight much more than a couple very full bookshelves. if you would be worried about a bookshelf then you should worry about the tank, but otherwise i wouldnt stress out that much.

I would suggest that it be against a load bearing wall
correct, bec you don't want the tank to make the floor sag - even a little. A non-scientific but logical test is to jump on the floor where you are considering setting up the tank - if the floor feels solid, good - not solid, not good!
150g - lucky!
