Go with 10K and actinic supplementation.

SE-Single ended
DE-Double Ended

I wasn't yelling!!!Witch is better I have double end now, which one gives off the best spectrem. Actinic supplementation?

You have a 29 in. tank so I would go with 400 single ended or 250 double ended.I have 14K bulbs on my tank with T5 actinics. I am going with reeflux 10k next.

What kind of corals are you going to keep in your tank?
Kind of lighting? heres a way to find out ,look at some of the members albums.If oyu like what you see ,Pm the person and ask them what type of lightingthey ae using or if you can see it in person.Also its not what everyone is using out there,Its what you like that counts .IMO
Keep up with the water changes ,and get rid of the silm.
