Since you got a 36"er....you can also go for a 430 (which is cheaper)

i rather get a 660 just incase i want to upgrade in the future, icecap 430 would be entertained also

I am pretty sure you need the 660 for that hood. It was designed for it. The 430 has a different pin placement than the 660.You can pick up a 660 cheap on RC for $100.

With some rewiring, I can use the 430 on mine, right....(since it's being gutted)?

Keep an eye for the 660's on eBay.
