Custom sized glass sheets

Anytime me have any reccomended place to get glass sheets cut to specified sizes in our area. I want someone that will cut and flat polish upto 1/2" glass with a high and accurate tolaglrance. Obviously looking for right angle cuts and nice edges. Looking to put a tank together so it will need to be tempered also. Any advice and reccomendations highly appreciated... Thanks guys.

I may just have them build the tank for me all together if I can't find the raw materials to do so myself. So any reccomendations there would also be helpful.
