Yup, found out about this place through a friend. Basically, everyone's tank is different. Mine love my setup but yours might hate it. You just gotta play around and see what happens.

I'm not going with acan lights I going with the 120 watt leds fixtures I will be place 2 of them on my 55G.

I was wondering if these timings would be good or not any suggestions too?

10Am Blues on till 12:00Am
12:00Am Blue off till 2:00Pm

mine are set with neptune apex they come on dim at 7 am and white come on dim at 8 and then ramp up after 12 in the afternoon they start to dim and 6.30 i have all go off and moob lights kick in my corals are fully open arround 11 ish

most people set it so that fish are awake and corals are fully open by the time they get home from work/school and turn off around the same time of their bedtime.
