anyone running mp10 with 1/2 inch glass?

Ecotech site says max - 3/8th inch glass for an mp10. I called them and spoke to them and they stated it could work but possibly unlink and fall.

i obviously do not want to risk it but wondering if anyone has any input?


i would hate to have to go for a mp40 or pay top dollar for a discontinued mp20 on my 30 gallon tank

i have an mp10 on my 93 cube. not sure exactly how thick the glass is, but it falls off if you look at it funny.

yea dont really want that happening, especially if it could fall and break on my hard wood floors.
