not 100% but that was the closest thing in the scott michaels wrasse book.

Your 100% right Jim, red fin fairy wrasse (Cirrhilabrus Adornatus), some people call them "Koi" fairy wrasse.

Cirrhilabrus lineatus male

My new C. lineatus from Greenwich Aquaria. The photos don't quite do him justice. Eating everything including pellets and displaying fantastically to the other fish regularly.
