This is my six years old PBT .
This fish always have some kind of parasites all over him not much maybe five or ten usually look like small worm like parasites after my Anemone spawn in my tank, the PBT just got cover with them here is a picture of the fish i had to take about 100 pictures to get this one.
Now the PBT is the only fish with this parasites take a look at them and try to identity them and suggest a treatment.

My guess without a closeup of the critters would be a parasitic copepod or isopod.
Is the fish showing any signs of distress?
You may try pulling them off with tweezers or quite possibly try a species of Lysmata (cleaner shrimp).
