I have been looking for these fish for some time now with no luck. I hope someone here can help me out in finding someone that sells or can get these fish for me. The fish i am looking for are:

Spanish Flag (Gonioplectus Hispanus)

Bicolor Basselet (Lipogramma Klayi)

Threeline Basslet (Lipogramma Trilineata)

Yellowheaded Hulafish (Trachinops Noarlungae)

Southern Hulafish (Trachinops Caudimaculatus)

Good luck on the first 3. They are all deepwater Caribbean fish and hardly collected. A few of them make it to Japan from one collector, but they are very expensive. I recall Scott Michael having L. klayi, but it perished after a few days and it was over $1,000 IIRC.

Live Aquaria just had Trachinops last week. Try emailing them - but they need cooler water longterm like most of the fish from Western Australia and seem to be seasonal.

The Monocentris would probably eat the Trachinops. All the ones I've ever seen have been 1.5-2" - the size of a shrimp goby. You'd be much better off with a Morwong or a Western Blue Devil. You could probably do Boxfish too, but they need 65-68F long term. Cherry Anthias would also work but they are expensive. Atlantis Marine World has a shoal of females in the 22,000g reef.

I've seen a couple of Gonioplectrus years ago but they are very infrequent. I would expect them to sell for $1,800-2,500, with the smaller ones being most expensive. They are actually found in shallower water(150-250ft) in NC off the coast, but there is no collecting there. I can't imagine they could be collected with any predictability based on their secretive nature.
