it is probably just stressed from the tank moves and is on a little feeding strike. also though, 4 days is kind of a short amount of time to medicate.

Hi guri,

How old/big is your lionfish, and what kind of lionfish do you have?

Proper ick treatment usually takes weeks not a few days so your lionfish may still be infected. Keep an eye on him to make sure the ick does not come back.

I would soak the krill and silversides in garlic to see if it entices your fish to eat. You can also try some other types of seafood. My lionfish loves uncooked fresh or frozen shrimp I buy from the supermarket. Your lionfish may also like fresh clams, scallops, or squid.

Lion fish are very hardy,it must be something very wrong. They sometimes shead their skin on their own to rid themself of parasites.Did you rectify the problem before you returned it back in the tank?Anyway try live food with caution.
