Hey, I had posted a week or so ago, I have a GLASS CAGES tank that has failed at the seam. Not sure if I have to sell everything or what. The problem is that if I can get everything into a rubbermaid I still have no way to light it since my lights are built into the canopy.

So i have to get everything out of my tank, not sure how I am going to catch my pistol. I also have a rock wall and a large mountain that have to come out with the tank since they wont fit though the canopy opening.

I'm at a loss of options right now. I'm not even sure if I have a proper question here. Kind of frustrated.

you have no choice ....everything has to come out and either replace the tank or re-seal it....corals can go a few days without lights any longer and you'll have to rig up some lighting for them. Also place in a power head or two for current and aeration.

Sorry to hear of your troubles. Taking apart a tank is not a fun thing to do, but it seems as if you have no choice. Maybe some of the local members can come-out and give a hand. Good luck with everything and hope all goes well.
Btw, was the tank still under warranty ?

If the tank is new take it back don't bother trying to reseal it it's on them. Glass cages is always hit or miss unfortunately. Either way I'd rather break down a tank into buckets than have it break itself down on my floor.

Sucks u have to go through a tank change. I would check your stand construction. If your seals went on the tank it may have been cause by you stand being out plumb or your supports being tweaked. I would call them and see what they say. If u are using a stand bought from them they should replace it.
