I am out of town and my fishtank cracked and is leaking onto the floor right now. The tank is not going to hold water again. I am catching the next flight out(6 am) and am going to just try to stabalize everything because I have to come back down to florida wednesday.

Can anyone take my fish/corals/live rock? The liverock in my 110 has aiptasia on it. I have the following fish: Antennae Lionfish(about 3 inches), Volitan Lionfish(10 inches), freckled Hawkfish(7 inches), tomato clown(4 inches), cardinal(3 inches), mandarin(2 inches), lots of snails, crabs.

I need a temporary home for everything until I can get another tank setup. I have lots of soft/sps/lps corals too that need temporary homes(and obviously can frag as you want)

Please let me know if you can help out.

Thanks,

Eric

Aww Missy... It wasn't his fault :-(
What you need to do for an immediate solution is to go to Home Depot or Lowes and get the large Rubbermaid containers and place all of the rock in one and the coral and fish in the other with powerheads. Forget about the lights. The corals will do fine for a few days without lights.

You can go to any Petland Discount (Please don't shoot me. It's an emergency folks) and get another RR tank. It will probably be reasonble since you dont have to get another stand and some of them will deliver for a small charge.

Sorry to hear about this. I wish I had the room to help you. I just flooded my bedroom an hour ago but I solved Jacksons problem (mystery) flood.

PS and don't kill the man. He feels terrible as it is. I know he is thinking you want to kill him already so take it easy on him. Its part of the hobby.

I forgot. Pat at Aquarium Solutions can probably get you another tank too. Give him a call at 718 853 5600. He might have one in the store.

I'm so sorry for your loss! :(

You guys lived through my 2nd worst nightmare. The first is the tank going right through the floor into the apartment below!

For the first two years of my tanks life I didn't sleep well worried about just what you experienced.
