What are the brown thingys growing next to my zoos?
Had them for a while. They multiply like crazy & stay small.

Most likely just brown star polpys

I got these from Jose at the beginning..
My zoos don't seem to be affected.
They multipy around the area, but stay the same size (really small).

I think they are encrusting gorgs - Jose got a lot of frags from me too when he first started out.

If your zoos arent affected, then likely they aren;t aptasia

Im not an expert ,But looking at the pic ,your Zoos are not affected by them
i.e your zoos look fine ,not closing up.

I have them on a plug on the sand so they stay in that area....but they are getting fuller.:irked:

i personally don't think theyre aptasia. aptasia are way bigger, bigger than a zoo polyp.

btw those zoos look better than they ever did in my tank.
