Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to remind everyone our next meeting is next Friday Oct. 7th, we're back to Acan's offices in Commack. This months speaker is Dr. Craig Bingman and the topic 'Reef Chemistry 201: Everything you wanted to know but were afraid to ask'. If you missed the last frag swap Dr. Bingman was one the guest speakers so a great chance if you missed this talk.

Hope you can make it out.

Hey, I've been a card carrying member of LIRA for a year (maybe more)... and this is the first I've stumbled upon a thread about a monthly meeting. Unfortunately I'm out of the country and can't come to the Oct 7th one... But how do I stay informed so I don't miss all the meetings?

I normally post the speaker and topic of every meeting a week or so before to give everyone a heads up but the events page on the clubs site lists the upcoming events http://www.longislandreef.org/events.html.

Plenty of LIRA members on MR as well so any questions feel free to ask and I'm sure someone will be able to answer.
