Macro Algae and Reef Bugs?

[BKLYN REEF]

I was wondering if Reef bugs, (red bugs, AEFW, Flatworms etc.) can be brought from one aquarium to another thru macro algaes like cheato and dragons breath Halymenia?
I know it's a weird question but not one I have ever seen discussed before.

I think my flatworms traveled in chaeto between two of my tanks but not completely sure!

Of course. X10! Qt everything, i got flatworms from snails! In my old tank...
Try to dip and qt all .......
