Ok, I just bought some arcylic home from Home Depot (a 30 X 36 sheet 1/4") and wanted to split it up into baffles. This guy at Home Depot told me to use a circular saw (which I have), and I am finding that it is really difficult and messy (edges are jagged). I also tried a glass cutter with no luck. Can anyone recommend a place in the area to get this cut up? Thanks.

You should be able to use a razor blade to cut off the jagged edges.

Other alternatives: sandpaper, file, scraping the edges against a concrete floor.

Did you get the saw blade especially for acrylics? I have it and a table saw if you want to try it.
