Totm?

Who and how do they get pick I was told you must have a tank thread but I seen Totm with out th so how and how do they get picked? Thanks for you help mods

The Mods pick the ToTM.
If the question is about the current ToTM not having a thread - actually it does, but it wasn't started by the tank owner, it was originally posted by the member who took the photographs for him.
It is not required that a tank have a Tank Thread, but it is preferred.
