Which skimmer to use?

i have a 90 gal display and 20 gal fuge. my cousin has a 55 gal no fuge and the other 29 gal bio cube. i am giving them the +1 advice but i have been out of the game this past year and dont know whats good anymore and the prices/brands. i do not want to spend my life savings on a skimmer lol but that seems to be the only stuff i can find is either to small or way to much money and i am talking in the $400-$1300 range. i would love if someone knows of a cheaper skimmer with the high performance. any suggestions? i hear nothing but good things about the cone skimmers any personal experience?

Reef Octopus ExtremeXS-160 would be a monster for the size tank you listed and can be had for < 300 bucks at most places. Opinions will vary from user to user as different people like different skimmers but generally Reef Octopus is seen as a decent choice for the money.
