good fish for high flow bb, 40gallon breeder

looking for fish that do not need sand, can stand 1800gph flow? looking at 3 reef chromis, and possible rainfords goby and 6line wrasse, any suggestions?

1800gph doesn't seem that high to me:scratchch: I have about 2000gph in a 30 gal and i keept, false percs, cardinals, alage bleeny, etc

than i guess that Im good with my selection. and I think I'm more than 1800- I'm running 1800gph for closed loop, 850 gph for return & 1 800gph seio, thanks

So do you have a high FLOW rate in a lateral movement that you are worried about ? Kind of like a surge reef crest with rolling tide current ?

All fish can handle turbulance, they will fond places to avoid it when they get tired

That goby will be much happier with sand to play in.

I love the Fairy wrasses you have a good size tank for one.
pseudochromis's are nice as well
Chalk bass
of fire fish -Purple or dare I say helfrichi
mystery wrasse
neon goby
maybe a nice dwarf Angel

I' think BB tanks are nice but those firefish and goby's are gonna want a sandbox to play in. Maybe you could make one that's removable for them in the tank. Royal Gramma is a great fish. The one I got from House was out of hiding in a day or 2 and is all ever the place. Lots of personality. Percs are cool too. What about a coral beauty angel or an Orange Lyretail Anthias?
