So do you have a high FLOW rate in a lateral movement that you are worried about ? Kind of like a surge reef crest with rolling tide current ?

All fish can handle turbulance, they will fond places to avoid it when they get tired ;)

I love the Fairy wrasses you have a good size tank for one.
pseudochromis's are nice as well
Chalk bass
of fire fish -Purple or dare I say helfrichi
mystery wrasse

maybe a nice dwarf Angel

I' think BB tanks are nice but those firefish and goby's are gonna want a sandbox to play in. Maybe you could make one that's removable for them in the tank. Royal Gramma is a great fish. The one I got from House was out of hiding in a day or 2 and is all ever the place. Lots of personality. Percs are cool too. What about a coral beauty angel or an Orange Lyretail Anthias?
