clear bubbles on my live rock

so its been 2 weeks since i transferred my 45 gallon over to my 75 gallon, and i have clear bubbles all over my live rock and power heads. Im not sure but i dont think its bubble algae because i thought that was green on the inside? plus my scooter blenny crawls over the rock and the bubbles rise to the surface and pop. could this just be part of a mini cycle that may be going on in my tank since the transfer? i also have a much stronger light on the system now as well could that contribute to this to? i know bubbles can be caused because of red slime but i have none in my tank and haven't had any except a few spots here and their but i always scrub and siphon it out during my water changes.

Sounds like it "may" be dinoflagglets. They are nasty to deal with. Do a google search and compare the pics to whats in your tank.

that looks like a web of green algae with bubbles inside of it thats not what i have theirs no algae where the bubbles are their just clear bubbles.
