Looks like the profilux touch. The profilux touch is not a full controller though just an add on feature.

hmmm, he uses a mega 2560, this is the Arduino Mega 2560, that all the people use as a diy controller, and it's open source. It looks like he just added a different display rather than the original.
It looks promising from what i read so far.

I can make one out of PLC if anyone is interested. It would be pretty pricey though. I usually program them for Security purposes.
