Are there any led light strips pre made, not DIY.
Have no time to make one. And won't.

Needs to be 24" or a little shorter.

Here's the key to it all.
I want it to be dimmable.

I have a ALC module to control it. 0-10w.
All I need is a thing to plug it in to!

Any recommendations?

I know reefkoi makes them, but not dimmable. :banghead:
Just won a gift cert and was about to buy one.

Oh and i want it all royal blue

Really like the ramp on /off effect I have on the office tank.

Thanx.

Ok leaning towards the wingo light strip.
They seem pretty darn good.

Just want to see if there is anything Comprable.

Also. As far as supplementing. Will I see the blue led light with
A 150w 14k Phoenix bulb running?

Just dawned on me.
I want possibly do 2 strips leaving up to the mh light.
Ie; have the LEDs ramp up. Main the middle. And LEDs ramp down.
Blue supplementing the mh for a set amount of time.

Good idea or no?

How much power you need for this setup then? what's the exact dimension?

Well to tell you the truth. I don't know how much power I need.
Essentially I have a 24" cube. The fixture would have to be 23.5

I would like it to be really close to the sunpod MH
Have a fan in the canopy.

I love the blue glow. But would want to adjust it via the reefkeeper alc

1)You have about 60G of water, so for LED alone, you need from 120W to 180W. I assume you will need a minimum of 250W to 400W of MH if used alone. A combination of both could be like 150W MH, 60-90W of LED.

2)dimension is 24x24x24, 60 degree at the edge and no lens on the middle.

3)you have a canopy (so the fixture must be smaller than even 23.5 because the wires usually comes out from the side of this type of bars) My Revolution base fixture can be cut any basically any size within 46"

4)I actually have a Full Color Spectrum filler (supplemental lighting) that let you tune into any color combination. I might even have a 3 channel driver for the 0-10V dimming topology used by the reef controller(need to verify it later with actual testing).
