Has anybody ever ordered any fish from this website? I'm tempted but Not too sure if I should.

oh ok. So when you order do you receive the fish within 24hours of ordering?

Usually, but on Friday to Sunday you get it on Tuesday.

I have ordered fish from LA many times and they are awesome. You get the fish next day unless you order on Friday, in which case they ship on Monday with Tuesday delivery.

ok. I always wondered how they actual pack and handle the fish themselves. Do the come the regular UPS or FEDEX?

They come fed ex before 12:00. In the colder months the pack the fish in foam cooler with heat packs and in the warmer months with ice packs. Great site, but still qt them cause they do get stressed from traveling.

Not just from traveling from Calif. to here...these fish are shipped direct from a Calif. wholesaler, so they may have just recently flown in from around the world!

:shhh: If you check, there are new fish on sale, every Friday...they won't ship till next week, but the selection may be better.

I haven't ordered from them, but I've received a few of their shipments. They are generally regarded as the best online retailer of livestock.

by far the best online vender period i get fish from them few times never a issue and once i had doa shipment and they gave me a a new shipment and it even had an extra fish in it and i also use foster&smith for alot of my reefing dry good needs

oh ok. yea dubs I bu all my dry goods and stuff from them in bulk because they're prices are and shipping are unbeatable. Now in regards to the shipping, if the order is free will they still send it next day? Or do I have to pay exta to have them come next day?

i haven't ordered fish but I got 2 build your own CUC at different times. Ordered the minimum twice to get the free overnight shipping. The most recent one I got last week arrived all alive and the first order had 8 dead snails because the package was delayed a day due to the weather. They refunded the snails from that ordered promptly.

I usually order dry stuff from them, can't beat free shipping on heavy items like buckets of salt and no tax.
