What filter media do you use?

Just trying to get a idea on what filter media that people out there are running in their sumps. Thanks everyone

Ok so I just realized this but I'm sorry for the mistake but the title was suppose to say what instead of why haha.... But anyway what of I don't have room for a fuge? I'm gonna run a skimmer and a filter pad instead of a filter sock just because of the way my sump is but they serve the same purpose. So what else should I run in my sump?
