Hey dude , I'm having a problem know what this is, some one in manhattan aquarium told me it was a sponge, that it clean the water.

That was on my 46g bow, since it has multiple and gotten bigger

Just leave it alone. It's a sponge. Should not cause any problems. Don't take it out of the water.
