BX2 supposed to look like this?

Is the top of the DAS BX2 supposed to be crooked like this? I took the picture perfectly level (as you can see the sump in the background). Seems like they glued mine on wrong (they also included a free orange peel in the box...?!?)

I fixed it with some muscle power. You'd think if you spent that much money on something, they'd check it over before they shipped it. Seems ok now. Thanks!

I think it is safe to say your skimmer is damaged. Good luck getting someone on the phone to get it replaced.
