Need help choosing lights

Okay, so, I'd like to get different lights for my tank, but am still a novice at this and it all seems mighty confusing. Please look at these two MH pendants I was looking at let me know which one might be better:

I have a 29G tank which is only 30 long. When suspended above the tank the light should spread to the full length (I bloody well hope!)

150W should be plenty for your tank (that is 5 watts/ gallon).
you might want to opt for a 14K bulb, unless you have actinics as well in which case you can go with a 10K.

Is 5 watts/gallon enough for "high light" corals? I've been seeing some conflicting numbers as to what high and medium is! And are the two different fixtures basically identical?? They seem to be to me!

I'd say go for the 250 watt 14k HQI

It's like $10 more and well worth it.

If you are interested I am selling the Aqua Medic 250 watt with a 20k or 10k bulb for $300 I only have one left in stock.

some may say It's alot of light for a small tank and it is but a 29 gallon tank is a decently tall tank and the highr wattage will only help with high light species.
