I just got the 72" AquaticLife T5 fixture. It comes with eight 420/460 nm bulbs,
two 700+ nm (10K) bulbs and two 420/620 nm purple bulbs. The light has two separate controls, one which controls 8 bulbs and the other 4 bulbs.
Funny why it doesn't split it even and control 6 bulbs each.
Anyhow the factory setup is the four bulbs is two 420/620 bulbs and two 700+
nm bulbs. The other setting controls eight 420/460 nm bulbs.
I don't know why they don't include any pure actinic bulbs in this setup.
I am running a reef tank with some SPS corals. Any suggestions on
the bulb configuration with anybody who has this fixture?
