Royal Dottyback has ich

So I bought this royal dottyback 2 days ago and it was doing really well, it was eating swimming and everything a healthy fish would do. Today I found white spots on his head and fin,... What should I do? There are tons of live sand rock and frags I had planned on putting into my new set up... I also had a clown I had originally planned to put in,... Will the coral get sick too? And if I move the corals and clown into the new tank, what are my risks? Will the ich go onto my new set up?

I would get him out and qt him. I would not add any fish to that tank.
