Lesson learned for a newbie!

The other day I was doing a water change, had my pumps off for a few minutes and I didn't realize that my splendid dottyback had swam into my mp10. Well, needless to say when the pumps kicked back in, he didn't do so well. I thought maybe he just got nicked, but a few days later, its obvious he met his demise.

The fish was beautiful but he was a hard core bully. I never enjoy seeing a fish kick the bucket, but now there is some piece in the hood.

That sux man but at least the bully is gone. I had a psudeochromis that bullied everything I'm the tank until I seen a pep shrimp eating it. I was actually happy about that

I kicked off the very long and painful (to watch) disintegration of my beautiful orange linckia that very same way. And I actually had a little red sticker next to the standby button on my reefkeeper for this reason. Sucks

I'm sad to see him go in some ways, and other ways not so much. I'm pretty sure he led at least one of my fish to suicide. The dottyback was a beautiful fish, but I'll never get another.

Sorry to hear that man, my lawnmower Blenny goes in my MP40 every time I turn it off I have to keep a constant eye on him when I turn it back on.
