Well then the JBJ is broken.

Are you sure that it is connected properly and the floats are not stuck? Are you using both floats?

Need some more information about what is actually going on.

Did you check to make sure that the floats are not stuck? Make sure the pumps are working. You have to trouble shoot it and find the real problem.

It could be the float/ controller. Also are you using one float or two floats. Make sure that both are not stuck/ one is locking out the other.

man that sucks, check all the pump on other outlets and they are working.

just using one floats, for now, everything light up but there no power to the pump(rio800)

OK.... did you try both floats? meaning use the other one...

I just checked mine... Is the switch on the side on MOde A or B.. Mine is on Mode A and I use 1 float
