temperature readings

i have temp reading from 3 sources:
WON Pro-Heat LCD Digital 350 W Titanium Heater
Hagen Thermometers - (the glass ones floating in water)
Rainbow Lifegard Aquarium Digital Thermometer

they are all reading 1 or 2 degree diff. from each other.
who do i believe?
