I need to remove this center divider and cut two holes.
Best way to cut acrylic.

The 2 circular holes can be cut with a hole saw.

I would do that before trying to remove the center divider.
If you can fit a jigsaw inside of that sump you might be better off cutting that panel out (and ending with a 1/2" - or so - lip around the edge
), you can always add a piece of eggcrate to each side on the bottom so that it is level
