Coral life Skimmer 120G for a 90G tank.

I have been using it for 1 month, it seems ok, but everytime when I have a water change, it has something different, it skims too watery, I see alot of bubbles in the collection cup.

But after 1 week later, it skims out less water, do you know why?

Sounds like you need a finer tune adjustment like a gate valve or something like that to "dial it in"

skimmers can be a pain to dial in. i dont no if you can on that one.. i no spykes uses the CCS skimmer he might have some tricks for ya.... once it is primed u can adjust it to the amount of skimmate u want per day... also i find if i clean my skimmer its an internal every 3 days it works alot better.... just a thought..

when u do a water change u have to dial it down for a bit... until the water is mixed in with the system.. then after a lil while u can turn it back up... like adding top off water will drive the skimmer bananas...

When you do a water change do you add any extra chemicals?

Sometimes, I will add KH & Cal buffer
