what light fixture is this based on photos?

some one is selling a light fixture but doesnt know the brand or model.there is only 1 power cord and 3 switches. also 3 fans on top in the middle. looks pretty slim 48" 6 blubs.

There are so many foreign made models. It is hard to be able to tell actually WHAT BRAND it is. I you are looking to purchase it, I would ask them to see if there is any type of label on it at all that they can photograph of. If there are no labels, then it may be impossible to tell "exactly" what brand it is.
