Just thought i'd share this knowledge in case no one knows, but almost all of my reef foods with the except of pellets, mysis and brine come form asian food stores. One of the best items is the dried nori sheets, and the frozen fish eggs. my fish love the fish eggs with is the same as what you use on california roes. its actually their favorite food. the orange gives great color and the size is perfect. they also have frozen bags of pud shrimp which the prettyy much the same as krill and frozen silver sides. the koran ones in queens are really good for this kind of stuff. just check out the dry and frozen sections.

I have a Japanese market a few blocks away, they have all the good stuff to. and if I want to make some hardcore fish food I can always walk to china town, about 15 minutes. there fish stores freak me out though. they have things for sale for food that I had as pets. I've never seen more live food fish for sale.
