Adding Garlic?

If adding garlic to frozen food, should I add it while the cubes defrost or after I rinse the food?

im sure both is fine but I find that dropping it on the frozen cube and letting it soak up is best. I give it 5 minutes to soak and then I add rodi or tank water

rinse, drain water then soak garlic for an hour or so. drain garlic juice then feed.
