I?m thinking of ways to combat this upcoming week?s temperature.

I have a 10g AGA with an IceProbe chiller and a small fan pointed at my tank. Unfortunately, I don?t have an AC nor can I get one for a variety of reasons, so I'm stuck with the old fashion methods for the time being.

Generally, with the recent weather of high 80?s to low 90?s, my temp ranges from 80 ? 82F. I think the best way in this situation is to remove my glass top in addition to placing a larger fan right in front of the tank. I?m also contemplating a reverse light schedule to start at 6pm rather than 10am. I?m just not sure how this will hold up when the temperature reaches the high 90?s to 100F????

Does anyone have helpful suggestions?

Thanks, I’m sure I’ll need it. If I come home from work to find a dead tank, I don’t know what I’d do.
