Too much noise from Overflow Box

I just setup Sump with overflow box. And I was so excited and I turned my pump and to see everything work and it is working fine. However, it's make way too much noise. Is there any way I can easily fix this? Please help. My wife is going to kill me.

Where kind of noise is it? A gurgling sound or more like a waterfall?

but I don't have any have enough room to put that in my overflow box. I'll try it but I doubt it.

Take a look at my tank thread. I have a durso set up in both of my overflows and it works great. It does not use as much space as you think.
