Well I got a used MP10 from ebay and when I got it the dry side was making too much noise, so I did call Eco and I sent it in for repair they gave me a new dry side motor for $75 which the price is $109 & just overall customer service, communication with the customer there speed of handling my problem.
On the other hand Dell has the worst CS in the world!!!!
