Best food to feed puffer, snowflake eel, trigger?

What is the best foods to feed pork puffer, huma trigger and a snowflake eel. The supermarkets carry little neck clams which I think would work.

I used to feed mine dry krill and live small goldfish once a week..thy were all big healthy
