I have anew Radion XR30w, I downloaded theprogram but when I try to install it I get an era message of? could not find avalid java virtual machine to load. Is thisa computer problem or software problem? Any ideas on how to resolve?

You have to use Firefox browser and open ecotech connection manager first(download)

Software problem.

You will need to have the latest version of java installed on your computer. If you call radion tech support, they can walk you thru the process.

Thats in part why I suggested you contact their tech support. They have some of the best customer service of any company I have dealt with.
I had one light out of 4 where the transformer died and needed replacement. They sent it out right away.
